first impression

There's no background color or image, just white? That's boring. The graphic is boring, too, no brushes or textures or anything. The code really looks no better.

DeNiece? Is that really how she spells her name?

graphic

This graphic looks like no time was spent on it. Some filters over a blend. The edges look horrible, I'm sorry. It's just so plain, there's not much else to say.

coding

The coding is okay, a little plain. The most interesting part of the code are the links under the navigation header in the sidebar. At least the colors match the graphic. The headres are just bold? That's dull. At the end of every update, when DeNiece puts her name, why is her name just Times New Roman? It's boring and doesn't match the rest of the code.

content

Visitor content includes backgrounds, blends, blinkies, icons, and quotes.

backgrounds;
These are icky. Some are really small, some are really pixalated. DeNiece has not put any enthusiasm in them.

blends;
Some of these are blended very poorly, while some look nicer than others. Pretty plain, again, but by now I'm not surprised.

blinkies;
These are cool. I would never use these, though, they seem tacky to me. But I'm sure other people would.

icons;
These are bad, plain, boring, and unenthusiastically made.

quotes;
People can make their own. These aren't made well. They're boring, too.

navigation

Fairly easy to navigate. Subpages include domain, owner, visitor, request. Affiliates has its own section in the sidebar, too. I would like to point out that this is not a domain, so she shouldn't have a domain link.

Resources have a link off of the "domain" page.

overall

DeNiece should spend more time on her graphics and her css. She should download more, learn to use, and use brushes. Perhaps she could learn about textures, too.

Basically a lot more time and enthusiasm for everything she makes, because almost everything was boring.
